Date rollaways with almonds and coconut

A healthy snack, good for on-the-go energy boost.



-1/3 cup toasted almonds (I used sliced)

-1/3 cup shredded coconut


  1. In a blender/food processor, add dates and the almonds and run for 3-5 minutes until nicely combined.
  2. Form into a desired shape and roll in shredded coconut until covered.
  3. Keeps well for 3-5 days, refrigerated.
  4. Enjoy!
