  • 1 Banana overripe
  • 1 3/4 cup Whole wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil +2tbsp.
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 3/4 cup Sugar reduce by 2 tsp., if needed
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt


  • Preheat the oven to 400 deg F.
    2. Grease the loaf tin.
    3. Mash the banana until no lumps found.
    4. Whisk together banana, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, oil, until light.
    5. Mix, in a separate bowl, flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda.
    6. Add and whisk together dry ingredients (5.) to wet ingredients (6.) just until, well incorporated.
    7. Pour into the loaf tin. The batter should fall in sheets.
    8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
